KYT Helmet Warranty

Warranty Summary

1. Warranty Duration

KYT helmets come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

2. Warranty Registration Required

Customers must register the helmet within 2 days of purchase through the official registration portal:

3. Authorized Purchase Only

Warranty is valid only for helmets purchased through authorized KYT dealers.

4. Manufacturing Defects Only

Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to inspection and approval.

5. Impact or Accident Voids Warranty

Helmets involved in any accident, collision, or impact are not eligible for warranty and should be replaced immediately for safety reasons.

6. Repair or Replacement Only

Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of H.O.M Autosolutions LLP. Refunds are not provided under warranty.

Full Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage (What is Covered)

The warranty provided by H.O.M Autosolutions LLP covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of KYT helmets under normal use and intended riding conditions, subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions stated in this policy.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser, for helmets purchased through authorized KYT dealers, and registered through the official warranty registration portal within two (2) days of purchase.

Subject to inspection and approval by H.O.M Autosolutions LLP, the following may be considered under warranty only if determined to be a manufacturing defect:

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by H.O.M Autosolutions LLP or its authorized service representatives.

Claims will only be considered after physical inspection of the helmet. Claims cannot be approved based solely on photographs or descriptions.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, H.O.M Autosolutions LLP may:

4. Additional Warranty Limitations

Impact / Accident Void Clause

Helmets that have been subjected to any impact, accident, collision, or dropping may have compromised structural integrity.

Any helmet involved in impact or accident automatically voids the warranty, even if no visible damage is present.

Single-Impact Protection Disclaimer

KYT helmets are designed to absorb impact energy to reduce head injury risk.

After absorbing significant impact energy, the protective capability of the helmet may be compromised, and replacement is strongly recommended.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H.O.M Autosolutions LLP and KYT Helmets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the helmet.

While helmets help reduce injury risk, no helmet can guarantee complete protection against all impacts or accidents.

5. Warranty Period Limitation

The warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase, provided the helmet is registered within two (2) days of purchase.

Claims submitted after the warranty period expires will not be accepted.

Customers must provide valid proof of purchase and registration details.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty claims will not be accepted through WhatsApp or social media platforms.

Customers must courier the helmet to the designated inspection address, and the cost of shipping the helmet to the service centre must be borne by the customer.

If the warranty claim is approved, the repaired or replacement helmet will be shipped back free of cost.

7. Product Inspection Before Purchase

Customers are advised to inspect the helmet thoroughly at the time of purchase.

H.O.M Autosolutions LLP cannot be held responsible for cosmetic issues identified after purchase.

8. Inspection & Final Decision Authority

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by H.O.M Autosolutions LLP.

H.O.M Autosolutions LLP reserves the sole and exclusive authority to determine whether a reported issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

The inspection findings and final decision shall be binding.

9. Consumer Law Compliance

This warranty policy is provided by H.O.M Autosolutions LLP, the authorized distributor of KYT helmets in India.

This warranty does not exclude or limit any rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable laws.

The benefits provided under this warranty are in addition to statutory consumer rights.
